Local, award-winning heating and cooling business is seeking a Service Coordinator to serve as a liaison to both customers and company. The position will require working closely with the office manager, technicians, and owner to facilitate communication, and to coordinate services with customers. The ideal candidate would enjoy working for a growing company in a fast-paced environment.
Sales bonuses as well as on-call pay are included in position.
Schedule: FT, M-F, on-call by phones in the evenings and on Saturdays

- In-bound and out-bound calls
- Daily use of databases
- Customer service and sales
- Entering service calls into the company database
- Working with owner to dispatch calls to specific technicians
- Calling customers before, during and after services & installation
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent phone and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with computers, iPad, smart devices, copier, and printer
- Attention to detail, and able to multi-task in a busy environment
