While our staffing administrators will be available to coordinate all placements and handle any service issues, you will also have full access to senior management as needed.
Management Team and Staff
With over 37 years of extensive human resource experience in analyzing staffing requirements and providing cost effective solutions, Carolynn provides hands-on management of daily operations, quality assurance, and satisfaction of all customers. She will ensure that the service to all our clients is exceptional.
Part of the TempForce team since 1996, Amber began as an office assistant and later worked in the staffing division and as Customer Relations Manager. She moved to her current position as Branch Manager in 2012. She manages the daily administration of our office and staff. She is responsible for all client and talent relations as well as the creation and implementation of our local marketing and training programs.
Suzanne began her career with TempForce in October of 1992 as a Staffing Coordinator and then as our Executive Assistant. Utilizing her years of experience, Suzanne moved to Operations Manager in May of 2006. In 2012 Suzanne became our Billing Manager responsible for managing our billing processes.
Lou began with TempForce as a Staffing Administrator in June of 2000 focusing primarily on staffing office clerical positions. She became the Staffing Division Manager in 2001 adding to her responsibilities the supervision of our entire staffing team. Prior to coming to TempForce Lou worked 23 years in customer service including 18 years in management.
Rose joined our team in February of 2010 as a Special Project Administrator concentrated on servicing the FloridaWorks, Florida Back to Work Program. In October 2010, Rose transitioned to working as an Executive and Staffing Assistant. She began in her current position as a Staffing Administrator in November 2013 providing staffing for light industrial, manufacturing, and logistics positions. Rose came to TempForce with 11 years of experience in retail management providing extensive knowledge in customer service and staff management.
In September of 2006, Jamie was hired by TempForce as our Front Office Administrator bringing over 10 years of customer service experience as an addition to our team. In January 2008, she joined our Staffing Division and began overseeing mass contract accounts. Additionally, in March 2014 Jamie became our Payroll Administrator responsible for processing payroll for all of our external talent.
Dee worked with TempForce on our front office and support staff team from 2009 – 2011. She returned to TempForce in November 2013 as our Front Office Administrator and is now responsible for assisting applicants, data entry, and special projects. Dee brings multiple years of experience in business management and customer service to TempForce.
Leslie is responsible for screening and interviewing applicants of the clerical industry, receiving and staffing clerical job orders, processing applicants, and other tasks as determined. Leslie has over 7 years of human resource experience and over 25 years in customer service.
Gabby Gele, Industrial Staff Support
Gabby is responsible for screening and interviewing applicants of the industrial industry, receiving and staffing job orders, processing applicants, and other tasks as determined. Gabby has over 3 years of human resource experience and over 20 years in customer service.
Mallory Matthews, Front Staff Administrator
Mallory is responsible for front office administration, customer service, assisting applicants, data entry, filing, file retention accuracy, and special projects. Mallory brings 3 years of customer service experience and 2 years of administrative/marketing assistance experience to TempForce.
Gerald Garza, Front Staff Support
Gerald recently joined our staff and is responsible for providing support to the front desk and the team. Gerald brings 10 years of human resource and 35 years of customer service experience to TempForce.
